Ons verblijf in bungalow 15b van 15 november tot 7 december 2011 was super. De inrichting was compleet en alles was netjes schoon. We komen zeker nog eens terug

We stayed in Bungalow 15b and found it to be a great value and very comfortable for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the house was nicely decorated in island style. The house has a nice covered large outdoor patio. We enjoyed relaxing there, watching the birds, parrots, blue lizards and iguanas. You can walk to town in 10 minutes and to the Dive Friends Dive shop in 15 minutes. There is a small grocery store a 5 minute walk away that provides the basics. You can walk to the ocean in 10 minutes, great to watch the sunset or stroll the ocean front promenade. At the house there are mosquitos outside most of the time during rainy season. If you put on a good bug spray and reapply as needed, you can enjoy sitting outside. I found that the bug spray also worked well as an "itch away" so I just put more on all day long and then I was comfortable. The air conditioning for the house works beautifully. If you clean up after every meal & snack and keep the house crumb free you can avoid the ants. If you are messy with food, the ants will be there. We kept all open packages of cereal, cookies etc in the fridge. Otherwise I think you would need ziplock bags. The hot water for showers is limited so with 4 of us we could not all shower at the same time. But the cold water is tepid, not really cold anyway, so it's fine. One of the 3 showers in the house sometimes drained very slowly and then became smelly. There is a pump outside you can turn on which helps. We covered the drain with a plate, to stop the smell getting in the house, and sprayed some air freshener, then it was fine. I think it is a problem of the rainy season. Hose the house manager was very helpful to deal with this. In spite of these minor issues, we had great holiday and highly recommend the house & Bonaire.

Bungalow 18 voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachtingen. Prima service van Hose Bloem, niets op aan te merken! De hordeur tegen de muggen werkte perfect.

We hebben 10 dagen in huisje 18 doorgebracht. Mijn ouders zaten in huis nr. 2A. Lekker makkelijk op loopafstand. In beide huisjes was alles helemaal naar wens! Nr. 18 was lekker ruim (2A iets minder, maar deze is dan ook maar voor 2 personen), beide huisjes netjes ingericht en schoon, perfect gelegen tov het cemtrum van Kralendijk. Bij deze onze complimenten en dank nogmaals aan Hose (de beheerder)! Dank voor alle goede zorgen en alle moeite!!!! Met vriendelijke groet, Judith, Ami & Liam
